I was asked by Gary Hairabedian to reproduce his brass/bronze water inlet/outlet fittings for his Gentry intercooler, in stainless steel.
The -20 male port on the brass/bronze fitting was reduced to a -16 male port on the stainless steel fittings. The first photo shows the
original brass/bronze fitting to be reproduced in stainless steel. Second photo shows the raw stainless steel materials used to produce
the stainless fittings. Third photo shows the front side of the finished stainless steel fitting. Fourth photo shows the gasket side of the
stainless fitting, as well as the area that the o-ringed transfer tubes fit into. Photo five shows the front sides of the two finished stainless
steel fittings.\\\\\
