steering leak

The power steering actuator on my 1992 Bravo 1 is leaking where the cable bolts to the valve body. The location is indicated by the arrow in the picture. Is anybody familiar with a typical cause for a leak at this location, and can help streamline my diagnosis and repair of the problem?
