I didn't check the license plate. The crazy thing is that's where everyone parks (heading the right direct) to go to the ATM (there's a big sign on the opposite curb that says do not enter). There was no one at the ATM so I think Vic gave the best guess.

Damn that sucks. That 95 is dangerous. We had a guy come threw our community wall clear the hill and land by the front row garages.

I really wish my phone wasn't turned off last week when I saw two crackheads that were crossing the road just before the light turned green for opposing traffic. They literally stepped two feet into the crosswalk and it turned red for them. I was stopped so I just waited for them to walk to the other side. However, they didn't see the car coming threw the intersection which nearly took them out.

So Jeepdog and I made a quick store run. On the way back we saw this guy walking in his underwear and I thought man that would have been perfect for this thread. Well hanging out at the shop I see him walk by. Couldn't miss the second chance to grab a shot. Straight up bullhead
