The Classic Vehicle/Classic Rod is a work around in Clark County Nevada to avoid smog emissions checks. There's a ton of vehicles driving around with those plates that have no reason to have that plate. It straight up says my shit box will not pass smog. I could have got that plate for my 1994 GMC, but I opted for the old school Nevada blue plate, but my shit box passes smog anyway.
