Last year we purchased one of the new Villas at Sundance RV Resort and Outlaw Saloon on the water across from Pirates. We are renting it for the summer months. Place is awesome with a killer out door kitchen. To Rent you need to call Sundance Outlaw Resort and ask to rent Villa #11 760-663-0016

Sleeps 6 people. Two king beds and a pull out couch

BTW I did the AC on this unit so it says 72 inside when it’s 110+ outside.

What does the weekend / week rate? Where do you keep the boat while you are there? Do you pull it out of the water each night? Is there a place to park boat / trailer by the house?

Weekly or just the weekend if you like. I think they have a 3 night min but I would ask when you call

$349 a night plus a $125 cleaning fee

I installed a mourning to park the boat over night the is just for our Villa. You could park in front of the Villa if you pulled your boat out at night

During monsoon season I would pull it out at night
