I have a Tidal Fit about the same size and really enjoy it. It can get pretty warm in the summer when I turn off the heat but is still a place the sit in the heat. My also is 3 feet in the ground.

Thank you Mike! Yours is in the ground, are the pumps, heater and control panel still accessible? It’s my understanding that all the equipment is inside the siding on the unit I posted. Pics if available would be great.

I have just a regular LA Spa at the river house. It sits under a palapa so in the summer I actually have to turn the heat on at times so the grandkids can stay in it.
It’s a great addition year round.

I built a concrete vault for it. On mine the vault is 15 feet long spa is 13 feet. Do I can still remove pane and get to equipment. Tidal fit will make the spa for in ground with the pumps moved up high to make repairs easy. Mine was a store demo so mine didn't come that way.

Open area is under the tree. I want to build a deck around part of spa but haven't had time yet.

Just had to show view from spa.

@mjc I got to say I'm envious of the view! very cool. @woodagain Palapa would be great in the location we are thinking, hadn't even giving that any thought. I am learning a lot about these things today. Good to know manufacture will modify for needs of customers. Honestly I was completely closed minded but warming up to the idea. thanks for the replies. as far as acrylic color, any colors to shy away from? For example do they all heat up equally in summer or seem to get hotter with darker colors?

Following...... We have been going back and forth with this or a “spool” in our backyard. The health benefits of being able to swim for me are a big factor with my back.

I like the setup, I've never seen one other than ads. Do you have electric heater? about how long does it take to heat up this time of year? Yours Looks like acrylic or gel good feel on the skin? Unlike cheap plasti-injection molded spa crap!
Mine is a Swim Pro . I think it’s gel , feels smooth on skin . Haven’t heated it yet this winter , but in the cooler summer months , it maintained 90* with no issues. Haven’t cranked it up yet . It is electric , I don’t have gas to house . Initially I was a little regretful at not building a pool , but now I know I made the right decision.

I wouldn't be surprised if @karissatbeltran wasn't advertising gummies in the morning. However I have been on a search for something before and just not realized the date of a post I commented in. I think security around follow the Bidumb rules of security though. No border or air security...

A swim spa sounds like a pretty sweet investment! One thing to keep in mind, though, is that it can be a bit of a pain to maintain. You'll need to keep an eye on the water pH level and use a chem kit to keep it balanced.
The pH level can affect not only the cleanliness of the water but also the health of your skin. So it's definitely worth doing some research and being diligent about maintenance.
I actually found some helpful tips on spa maintenance on the Woodland Hills Botox Treatment webpage. They offer a bunch of different spa services, so it's clear they know a thing or two about keeping things clean and well-maintained.
