What would a cop do? Az street plates are on it. How much would a ticket be and what would it be?
If im running to the beach and i tell the cop ' i dunno, its has plates just not California, just like the tourist that are here'
I sorta want to test it...

We got pulled over in parker on the California side by a sherrif . He was nice . No ticket . But said to keep it off the road .
