What’s the best place in town to pick up a whip? The mount on ours took a crap.

Get the 5150 with their magnetic mounts, they work awesome. Forgot to say I had an issue and Andrew, he owner, had it handled in just a few days with no questions.

Yes they do, I broke one by not removing it from my sandrail, entering the trailer and had another one quit
working. One fixed for free and the other only a minimal charge. They are awesome.

They are all made in China, you Midas we’ll just buy the spiraled ones on Ebay for $100. I bought a couple and they have been flawless and seem to be the exact same as the name brands.

Sorry, looking for some options in Havasu. Live in Chino

Well, I found this turd out in Glamis a while back.
It needs a new mounting base. (the securing nut snapped off)
&
The wire that supplys power needs fixen too.
But, maybe you can cheaply "rig" something up.

I'm in Chino as well, you can swing by and take look if you want.

If you can breathe some life into it...............maybe a bottle of Jack ??

Just thought I'd throw it out there, cause ya never know.

Buy once 5150. Great service IF you have an issue. I broke mine cause I forgot to remove when loading when I asked about fixing and willing to pay they sent me a new one. Never had and issue besides that.

I have two of the earlier versions with the air hose style quick connectors, not the magnet mounts. They are getting super sloppy after 800 miles, to the point where I'm pretty sure they're going to fall out. When I called the company to ask about getting the poorly designed Quick Connect bases replaced under warranty with the magnet mounts, they wouldn't do it and said I had to buy them. But they would replace the quick connect with a new one, that would just wear out again.

Maybe I will take them over there and show them how bad it is in person, hopefully they will take care of it after seeing them.

Our office is by 5150 and they are super busy over there. We have Wednesday night barbecue's and spend time with them just hanging out. Very down to earth group and very humble for as fast as they have grown.

I can have my brother talk to them, and if all else fails, he gets them at a little over cost.

Thanks Jason, I appreciate it. Their shop is pretty close to my house, so I will drop in there with the whips and see what they say. If they don't want to honor their supposedly all inclusive stellar warranty, then I will convert those to a big whip for the trailer and buy new ones for the side-by-side from somebody else.
