Both if possible. Simple 2-3 color graphics, maybe a car/truck and a motorcycle with some text.

If it's a simple graphic I'd just use graphic inc in Huntington Beach. he has done some shirts for us that I have been really happy with. direction on the artwork is helpful. If you want something more fancy I have a couple guys. Shoot me a pm and I will respond with the contact information when I get up tomorroe
