You hire them for parties, they are there for 3 to 4 hours. They bring a a flat top grill and make fresh carne asada tacos, pollo asada and pork normally.

Most of the time it's a 2 person team. They bring everything. The food and sides, plates and all.

Jacks BBq is the shit these days on Elsinore. 33 beers on tap. They are building a peer and boat dock this summer. Great beach front spots to burn a fire. Food kind of sucks though.

My son works at Taco Bell. Last night they had a woman come through that ordered 80 burritos and 40 tacos for Saturday.
That is going to be one low budget party .
Hope a porta potty or two was ordered also.
