They start just under $800k. We did a $100k price drop on our 5 bedroom for the weekend as well as dropped some our lots to $150k for the weekend! Lots of inventory and several homes 1/2 way done so there is still time to pick out finishes or swoop a lot and design your own build. I think you guys will be shocked at all the growth out there. We will have 5 models open to walk through. Plus tomorrow all the homes will be open!
