This year we did a ham and a prime rib. Did it different than most the recipes I found on here due to timeline constraints.. 350 for an hour then 275 until 125 temp than let rest. Came out pretty amazing actually.

Hate to say it but.. Didn't cook anything. Had friends and family over for dinner and almost everything came from Sugrues and Smiths. All done, cleaned up and left overs put away. Man I got everything set out and went to grab my phone to take a pic and when I came back the locusts had descended on the feast.

It was almost like that scene out of Christmas Vacation. So sadly, no pics. But it was damn good.
