Boats, motorcycles, and RV /travel trailer type toys vary wildly based on insurance company. Many companies don't actually want to insure them but still do, they just charge double to make it worth their time and effort. Shop your price a little before you scrap the boat idea.

Well just heard from my insurance lady, @ $4400 a year, no thanks...back to the twin outboard search I go
Through State Farm same boat but 525 900$ a year and I’m 38. The coverage numbers are same as you’d be purchase price plus a little. Keep shopping.

So what I’m getting is the original owner took care of it to about 297-298 hours, sold it to the guy that owned it for 4 months, he probably drove the shit out of it for 2-3 hours and blew the drive up and said fuck this this and is now unloading it

Wow thats not true at all. The owner wants an F29 now. He loves the DCB brand.

Save the headache, call Paul he’s got too much to lose business wise to start bullshitting customers. When you go to him to buy your the same as the guy going to him to sell, you’re his customer.
