Awesome BUT not a real fan of the kitchen cabinets I would totally rock it if I was moving to Havasu!!
I agree on the kitchen but it’s huge and you could easily redo it and add a huge island. When I look at kitchens I always think about potential and not always it’s current state.

I like all opinions both good and bad..

I personally liked the cabinets, but would be changing that overhead lighting to something a little different.

I'm not expecting everyone to love every home we post on here. There is an ass for every seat though! I love hearing the different opinions on price, garages, and just the general needs of the members when shopping for a home. It stays in my mind when looking for what to put on here next.

Exactly, there isn't a perfect house(or car:)) for everyone. Takes vision to do the job you do which is what I meant by your ability to see the pluses.

how much do these rent for?
Unit 1 is currently vacant and Unit 2 is rented for $725 at this time. I agree that that Unit 1 could rent for more $$ in its current state.

We did finally bring a buyer for Tims house on Ruby Lane and got it closed for $179,900. It was an FHA deal and we almost didn't make it through, but with a little team work from the Seller, Buyer, Wendi at Academy and Team RDP we made it happen. Side note: Diana the buyer used to be our nanny before she had her daughter. Tim and Sue are on to bigger and better things in Florida and everyone is happy.

I will stand by the fact that this listing is one of the nicest in there and surrounded by the best people (RDP Members Mike and Kandi). It's a great location, backing up to the desert and driveway has street directly in front of it, so backing up won't be an issue. They do allow rentals in this community and the Resort will help you with those listings. Seller is motivated and wants to see any offers!

Steve was one of the first RDP members I had direct contact with. He gave me a set of kids waterskis back in 2014. Drove them into town and left them at my buddy Bill's house. Total class act. Wish I could have his compound!!
