Can this easily be converted back into a duplex? One of my strongest complaints about real estate listing is no floor plans, preferably with measurements, are provided on most listings.

I cant believe the house prices in Havasu! Out of Control about as bad as Vegas but still not as bad as California.

We own the house just up the hill from this one, and looking down, have always wondered about the rear "garage". Figured it was a "grow room" or such. :D

I agree. We have a hard enough time getting out of the house and on the water now, I’d never get any boating in living there.
