What are storage Units going for these days? Fly Hi Storage has some nice units but seem overly inflated in cost

over 1k a foot in length. Used to be 40k for 40 feet. That is now averaging 50-55k for 40 feet
Getting ours set up at Fly Hi now.......26 by 50, pretty sure they are sold out, now they are selling the second phase, new construction adjacent to it.
They come pre-wired with 50 amp, the ac guys just added the plug. We did one 3 ton unit, its plenty, its not like your living in it and need it at 72, it kept it at 85 when it was 115 out. I have seen a couple with twin mini-splits, maybe they have something besides vehicles in theirs an needed it cooler. The key is to find one with insulated walls, ours is an outside unit so the outside wall is already insulated as is the back wall, and we think the other wall is insulated on the other side, cant tell for sure, have not seen our neighbor there yet. Waiting on the floor to cure before I move the motorhome and toon in.thats what I’m shooting for! On those 26x50 can you do double mini splits? Each unit has 50 amps? So a double wide would have 100 amps

that is bad ass! I was thinking pallet racking Accross the Back wall for all the Christmas crap and general storage. Keep the garage clean.
