I used Kokopelli trailers out of Phoenix to build me a new Aluminum Heavy Duty Trailer for my 23' Parker Fishing Boat.

I came out to the river last night and they delivered the new trailer to me at my house at 6:30 this morning.

This trailer will definitely outlast me! 👍

Also, Kyle with WOT Marine recommended using UFP Axles and Breaks.

Huge upgrade in durability. These suckers appear to last a LONG time!

Whats the UFP axle all about?
Al I know if that there is a company called UFP that makes axles and brakes. My buy recommended them and told me they're good shit.

Once installed on trailer, Kokopelli even said, "Man these will last as long as you want them to"

Pretty heavy duty. Will be great holding up from the salt. I salt away my trailer and motor after every use in the ocean.

The Pacific Galvanized trailer I had under her is from 2005 and still holding up fine. I should get at least 20+ years out of this Kokopelli before new axles.

Got the Stinky 'C' thrown on the new trailer last night. She sits a bit higher and I'll need to drop her down, but she looks damn good.

I also might need to chop off the gab poles on the back ladder. Backed into the water at the launch ramp, the poles only stick up about about 2' outta the water. When bringing the boat onto the trailer, the poles can rub right against the bow under the rub rail. F that! Another option, I might extend the poles a little higher and wrap them in either Plasti Dip or use bunk carpet. It's nice having the poles to get in and outta the boat when loading/cleaning.

Put a slip tube inside that you can extend up for a handle when needed and down when not.

What about wrapping the guide post with the covers wakeboard boats use on their trailers?

Slide a piece of 2-1/2" to 3" (depending on your sq. tube size) Dia. white pvc pipe over the upright handle and put a cap on it, go as high as you want.

That trailer looks a little short. Shouldn't the transom be on the bunks
