I remember being a dumb as kid telling my passenger buckle up, we doing some donuts. Not hey, hang out the window for the gram, and it was done in an empty parking lot, not an intersection.
Lives are changed and I feel worse for the car that hit them not knowing the stupidity that was going down in front of them.
