The Cajon Pass Slow Traffic Phenomenon

I was taking my kids out to ride Moto this last winter, the jam up was so bad right around Bass Pro, I turned the fuck around, told the kids we were aborting, " Is that why you were cursing so much Dad?" Yes son, don't tell mama.....and say not what I say...we went to Sheep Hills and rode BMX instead

And what’s up with overhead digital signs people act like they never seen one I’ve noticed it’s a guaranteed slow down as well.

since moving to az a year ago but coming back for work here and there you really realize how fucked up ca is. I can set my cruise at 75 don’t touch a brake til almost the river. Once in ca forget about it you have someone in fast lane pacing the driver in slow lane. You get Pepe and Pedro 5 mile passing showdown in the big rigs. Then comes a grade and billy bob ain’t gonna do 45 coming up on one going 40 so he pulls out to pass right as you come up on him. Don’t forget he sees your the first car coming for 1/2 mile too. I can only take 3 days of roads here now.

My opinion is the traffic northbound slows at Cleghorn because of all the people getting on at Cleghorn from Cajon Rd. Southbound it's the traffic getting on the freeway from the 138. The Westbound 138 onramp to the 15 runs in to the eastbound 138 onramp. Everyone on the freeway scrambles to move to the right along with some dingleberry in an 18 wheeler trying to get in the number 3 and 4 lane. Why is it so acceptable for 18 wheelers to be in the number 3 and 4 lanes? Did the law change?
