The most important thing is that you love it. I also think it looks great!!

It's grey / silver so it will get hot in the sun but not that much hotter than everything else gets in the sun. I run with my bimini up most of the time.

That will keep a lot of the sun off of it!?

Besides I'm always sitting on a towel because it just more comfortable.

We have grey (or gray, I forget which) in ours and it's not that bad with the Bimini up. The engine hatch gets is not under the Bimini and gets hot. I'm fine with it, but a towel solves it for the kids.

Doesn't just about everybody put towels down, anyhow, regardless of color?

the carpet will be hotter than the seats. You will have it out and in the garage by mid summer.
With my deck boat I was constantly washing down the floor, sand and spilled drinks. best part of a deck is the wash down hose!

I always laugh when people complain about hot seats, my boat interior is solid BLACK. all it takes is one towel which you would be sitting on anyway.

Really looks fantastic! My interior is the same color, I never noticed it being any hotter than my previous white one. Plus, as mentioned... towels on it for protection.
