Making a change, this boat is in the classified section. Hope I don't regret it....

That’s a dream ride for a lot of people. What are you changing too may I ask?
Ha! My mind changes daily! This isn't really our "primary" boat, but something to use on light traffic sundays and during the week. Those boating days seem few and far between right now, and I hate to see it sit, so we decided to let this one go.

she is a nice tank, bet with some tuning/setup we could bust 80mph?

If I wasn't such a pussy War Canoe probably woulda run it thru the lil chine walk into the 80s easily. He ain't scared, I was shittin my pants. Its a great cruiser 30-65mph, jumps on plane, & great acceleration with 25 pitch. F14 is gonna drag it out here leaving Oroville a week from Friday. Thanks for working everything out for me Rev

If you can stand them the 21 SOB guys on Scream and Fly are a great source of information. :p 26 trophys are good prop to go through and now that you have a v bottom your going to have to learn your china wok.

Thank u
I will experiment with other props for sure. I honestly don't give a shit how fast this 21 Shadow goes but I'd like to learn how to drive it past 65mph safely. Several friends, that have owned similar boats, have reached out to me to help. This 21 Shadow will cruise LOTO, Mississippi River, Allegheny River & several other waterways laying down miles. Looking forward to our next chapter in boating

No just little corrections, you steer into the side of the hull that is rising. It's not hard, but I've been driving grossly overpowered v hulls for 30+ years 🙃

I sincerely appreciate your input. That will take a TON of seat time alone, with lifeline & lanyard on during warmer days in case I go swimming......

Huge thanks to War Canoe for everything he is doing to help facilitate the sale of his 21 Shadow to me. He is going WAY above & beyond to help me out, even trailering down to Sacramento to meet F14 since Donner Pass is closed due to snow. Can't wait to get the new girl & lay down some miles.

Just be prepared to make some adjustments to your boating life. Going from the 30’ to a 21’ is just different in many ways. BTDT and I’m happy but there will times when you say “what the fuck was I thinking”? 🥲

Yes I appreciate that. The 30 crushes over most the garbage water. This 21' will see a ton of miles on LOTO, Mississippi River, Allegheny River, & several others. An un-named expert in the boating community is moving 1 mile down Lake from me & has some ideas about possible re-powers for this Shadow that would be fun.

I thought you had this? What a dream boat to have! Wow!
I got very lucky, was about a 1600 mile drive for me from North Alabama, owner held it for me for 3 months with a deposit while we waited to wrap of the purchase of our house and the garage to be built. Boat is two owner, been inside since day one, about 50 hours on it, it should be in our living room instead of the garage.

She's in good hands & will see thousands of new miles she hasn't seen.
Skater is sold, EXTREMELY mixed emotions

I know the feeling Rob, but as you know the reason why we sold our Howard. Cindy will still say man I miss our boat but in regards to her health it was the right call. We have talked about getting something smaller and just going out when we can. Enjoy your new float and rip it up as always.
