The Church poached in on the big cat event....had some memorable moments on the way to the first stop. It was loud...it was fast...it had all of your attention running side by side with a pack of Skaters...when we hit the SJR, it got too sloppy for us little boats , so we disengaged and went down potato Slough over to 14 mile and back. Newbie, Howard, in the “ Rapid Craft” came with us. He will get used to the pace, eventually. Nice guy.
Great day, no issues, grand slam. Tattletale said 112 mph...not bad for warm air, two people, fuel. The 32 BBlades was great choice today. I needed the upper end today.

I bought a Shadow ski racer from my friend.
1985 in very nice condition. My first V-bottom. Man, this thing corners hard. It drives like a dream. Interior is super comfortable....rear lounge seat is classic. Stainless steel hardware is very classy.

Stopped by the overlook of Bradys Bend looking down on the upper Allegheny River. This is about as far upriver as you can go with powerboats to the best of my knowledge. I'm dieing to drag the Skater over here & explore for a few days

It was raining at the mouth of the river, so I just took the pic and headed back to the lift.

Put on 108 miles on Sunday, attempting a lap of Lake Winnebago. Took Remington and Crash with so they could enjoy the fruits of their labor with me.

Got cut about 15 miles short when the wind kicked up and we took a couple waves over the bow. We cut back across the lake and got some BBQ in Menasha, 61 miles in. Did another 47 on the way back.

Crash seems to be enjoying himself.
