4 days of Delta boating in the books. Place is freaking insane! @bigdawgmini and I got out and spread our wings a bit for a couple days, then @HighVoltage329 and his crew were gracious enough to lead us to a new establishment Saturday afternoon. Met a few other RDP folks at Hookey Day on Friday which was a blast! Gets harder to come home every time we go down!

Incredible time yesterday with friends here at LOTO. Weather was perfect 90° little breezy and a ton of people out for Fall Harbor Hop. There were 40+ bars participating in this lake-wide poker run. I am beyond thrilled to be living here full-time, truly miss several great life long friendships made in the Delta, but this is where I belong.

Delta was perfect....unbelievable water all day. Ran with Bill’s DBR Allison. We slammed well over 130 miles thru the painted landscape...had lunch at Garlic Bros. Visited F-14 at Windmill cove.

Met Matt! Sweet 21’ Liberator! He will be attending Church regularly , now that he has met the Reverend of this deal!!!

My wife is spending the weekend with Highvoltage329 & his amazing wife.
The 3 of them took off out of Discovery Bay in their 340X MTI, along with their neighbors 390X MTI yesterday. Ran out to brunch @ Sams Anchor Cafe in Tiburon. Said you could've run any boat you wanted yesterday it was that flat. Super jealous, loved the boating & great friends in Kommiefornia, but don't miss all the bullshit.

The Canoe got her intercom system...PCI top of the line. Bluetooth stereo/intercom.
Can’t wait to listen to “Fuel” while driving thru the delta at high speed!
Decided to replace all four trailer tires...blew one on the way home from Saturday’s rip...they are 6 years old, so I pitched them for fresh meat.

End of the season for me. Might get out a few more times on the tin boat. Ol' grey is 1976 vintage and showing signs of duress under 260hp so it is time to correct some issues and put the XS back on for semi retirement.

There is something wonderful about the purr of a nice fresh inline anyway.

Humidity and temps are finally playing along. Went and ran my dumpster fire for a minute. Threw the 26 maximus back on.

It ran out standing out in a 12 inch chop in the lake. As soon as I got back in the river and laid back into the throttle, the ass and tried stepping out on me. I had to drop the jack plate back down a quarter of an inch and lost 2 miles an hour.
