He talked about selling Relentless & getting a 388 from the east coast. The 388 was gonna need a lot more done to it to meet Dales standards so he took Relentless off the market. Says he is thrilled with it & doesn't want another boat.........

It was a beautiful day for a river run. Went south to Deland and back. Not a long ride, but it sure is a scenic one. Not too much for development.


It’s a long idle through town here because of high water. Fall rains have the water level just over flood stage. Went out into the lake and over to Silver Glen Springs. The water has cooled in the lake and river, so the manatee tend to congregate in the 72 degree spring water for most of the winter.



The glen is a completely different place this time of year vs summer. There’s no idiotic stereo wars.

Winter has finally showed itself. A couple inches on the ground and a cold north wind. We’ve been pretty lucky, there was a couple nice days the last couple weeks. I guess it is time to give in and put the plow on the Ranger.

I might take you up on that in the spring. I have went to Florida in December a few times. Heidi’s Mom and Dad spent several winters there. It makes a long winter after being there. It is better to dangle the carrot in March to help make it thru the winter. And yes I’m down to 3 cars again. Good news is I have 30 retail orders in. Thank god they are slowly getting here. I need some used cars though. Took in a real nice 2018 F-150. I’m sure I told you Heidi’s sister is only a hour from you. There is no way I‘m staying any closer then that to her.

Brought Gramps inside the house shop for some love this winter. I found some nos .015 pistons and he gets all new ignition components and some minor cosmetic love. See if I can't set him up to run another 66 years. If any of you guys run across some Mark 20-25-30 Brass props I need a few more.

97’ Sea Ray 300. 400 hour Mercruiser small blocks, v-drive, basic express cruiser. It does however have a wine cellar built in the bottom where the ski locker would be!!!

@lake p.a.l. @KingofBeers & @Brianwhateverhisnameisonhere introduced the wife and I to Yotting in their bitchen Carver last year. It was an outstanding couple days of pure drunken stupidity, which despite the fact I was supposedly behind the controls, I might not remember. It was fkn epic!

Well since that we (I) have been looking for a decent full camper canvas cruiser. The opportunity came up to purchase this one from a local who for the last 10 years re-powered it, then put the 400 hours on at the local lake then stored in his shop on its trailer all winter long. I told him years back that when it came time to sell that I wanted first shot. He called 2 weeks ago, and after a quick deliberation with @lake p.a.l. and @bigdawgmini the decision was made we were buying. Yesterday was maiden voyage with previous owner on board to show the ropes.

You can drink a LOT at 7mph!!

I must confess I haven't been to the OB Church in a very long time. My Sportmaster lower unit with 1.62's took a shit back in July and I am STILL waiting on parts from Mercury. This supply chain nightmare sucks. I wish you all well and have a great holiday season with family. Remember winter water speeds in Speed Alley are faster when is really cold.
