True story...
He has a woman on payroll that her only job is to follow him around with lotion.
she puts a pump into his hands on demand.
He never wants to feel dry or look ashy.
Can never make it to work on time, because he needs to work-out.
This individual is completely disconnected from reality.

Not surprised at all. Seems extremely narcissistic

I don't hate the Rock for having a political opinion that differs from mine. He's an actor. I like him as an actor. That does not qualify him as an expert on political opinions and thus, his political opinion is worth as much as any other entertainer, or dude that works at the gas station, or hostess, etc... I don't like it when actors get preachy or can't express their opinions with out heated emotion (Deniro, Madonna, that talk show dip shit, Babs, most public democratic senators LOL etc).

Dude supports Biden. Disappointing but whatever. I'd like to hear his reasoning or at least how he can overlook Bidens OBVIOUS mental capacity issues with dimension or how Biden really has zero platform that he's stuck with besides "fuck Trump". But again. Dwayne Johnson's political belief's are of zero concern for me. I'd say that anyone that would vote based on what The Rock supports are probably weak minded individuals anyway and were already voting D in the first place. LOL

My issue with him and other actors that made millions off playing with firearms is that they suport a party that wants to end 2nd amendment rights (and ban performance aftermarket vehicle parts-SEMA)
I hate hypocrisy and Johnson has just embodied the definition.

Yeah but this should not be ANY surprise to you or anyone else. The Democratic party embodies the definition of hypocrisy and the tip of the spear is Hollywood. Corrupt industry championing a corrupt party. There are no surprises. It's all about money and power at all costs. Nothing else matters to them.

I’ve made it a mission to persuade all
LAPD to not work off duty for these clowns
Can’t find a politician to back an amendment to have SAG members pay $500 a head to attend firearms instruction before handling any firearms with 20% of that fee going to the NRA
Would square away the industry quickly.

No offense Tank but you seem to be making excuses for this celebrity and all of them. This is a critical time in America and we need to stand up for our freedoms and call out those who aren't standing with us and that includes this rock-headed POS

No offense taken brother. But I am absolutely not making excuses for celebrity dip shits. Quite the opposite. My point was, this should not come as any surprise AND what makes this country great is the fact we can have different opinions. I absolutely will NOT conform to the socialist's idea that we all have to think the same and as difficult as it is to see the Rock supporting a complete waste of space, it is his right to do so. Values start with ourselves. I can't on one hand be upset that the left extremists have zero tolerance for anyone that opposes their opinion and on the other hand not have tolerance for someone that doesn't share my opinion.

@Tank I agree somewhat with your position on celebrity endorsements. Meaning they don't sway either you, or I in elections. The problem is celebrities that endorse candidates, do sway many soft headed / low information people, and they have a giant platform to espouse their endorsement.

The good news is that a big chunk of those low information, soft headed people are too lazy to actually go vote.

That is a big reason I would be against the text, or mobile device voting some have talked about. It makes it too easy to vote for whatever you saw on MTV.

100% agree. But again, it's no surprise. I just don't know how anyone would or could change that tied (liberal Hollywood).

I've always said, "When celebrities care about what I think I'll start caring about what they think"

Actually
Our Union is looking into ALL awards shows to PAY overtime for ANY LAPD assets for said event.
The city has paid millions in services for these events.
Let these shows go to Portland, NYC ,
Anywhere they want.
Time for the naysayers in the entertainment industry to pay their fair share

I didn't realize LA worked that way. ANY event, filming, shows, etc. in our city is contracted and paid overtime.

To further Tanks point this is the same Hollywood that was pushing the #metoo movement all the while keeping their collective mouths shut about the sexual predators they worked with . None of this should come as a surprise, their track record is clear.

About 20% of the 500+ Cops working the Oscars in uniform are on OT
The rest regular work day

There are about another 400 LAPD active and retired working plainclothes for SIS security at 35-60 bucks an hour the day of
Chump change
I call that divorced Cop work lol
