Not to throw salt but it was your dad's...there was so much sentimental value there....to be able to pass on to your own kid... When my dad passed he left me a 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger w/340 in it....it was in great shape...did not need anything, original color, original everything... I was a 24 yr old kid in IT trying to pay for a townhome, did not have garage space nor the interest at maintaining one of dad's classics... sold it to one his friends that I knew would take care of it... I kick myself for letting that go....I kick myself for letting a lot of those classic cars and motorcycles he had go...but my priorities were different then...Here’s one of mine (selling it)

I have one of these too. It was around 1999. I would've been the 2nd employee. Interviewed personally with T. Boone Pickens. Company is publicly traded. Similar to you, I don't regret it too much as I would've missed out on some other wonderful life experiences. But the guy that came after me cashed out big...Not accepting a job offer from a tech startup in late 2001. The initial stock alone is worth 8 figures today.... I don't regret it too much, because it would have been a very risky move at the time, but it's hard not to think about "what if" with 20/20 hindsight
X2I regret not serving in a military branch after high school or college.
Yep me too . Sold my 1972 Bronco
And that's why I wont sell mine!View attachment 1114533
My rainbow...
Last trip out I was talking to Matt. He said Joe is the one to buy from. That Guy wouldn't even let his friends on it or his kids eat on it Lol. CLEAN!I regret selling my Howard 22. That boat was always good to us and never let us down. Handled anything that Havasu threw at it!! Was paid for too........
We were just talking on Sunday about it. I paid $26K for it in 2015 with 170 hours on it.
