I don’t really regret selling any boats. I’ve owned a lot. And there are some that I loved, but there’s more I want to try. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I did restore a 69 GTO in the early 2000’s. That sucked selling that car, but at the time my kids were in private school, and it paid their tuition. Looking back, my son and daughter both used their education, and are professionals with great careers. So it was money well spent.

No regerts!!!

My 69 Z28 matching number Camaro, I was 20 will be 66 in August. $400.00 down $67.00 per month for a total of $1,200.00. When your young you sometimes don’t know shit. Major regret and I knew what I had. I just thought I’d buy another one they were a dime a dozen back then.

Not accepting a job offer from a tech startup in late 2001. The initial stock alone is worth 8 figures today.... I don't regret it too much, because it would have been a very risky move at the time, but it's hard not to think about "what if" with 20/20 hindsight

I regret selling my Howard 22. That boat was always good to us and never let us down. Handled anything that Havasu threw at it!! Was paid for too........

We were just talking on Sunday about it. I paid $26K for it in 2015 with 170 hours on it.

Not to throw salt but it was your dad's...there was so much sentimental value there....to be able to pass on to your own kid... When my dad passed he left me a 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger w/340 in it....it was in great shape...did not need anything, original color, original everything... I was a 24 yr old kid in IT trying to pay for a townhome, did not have garage space nor the interest at maintaining one of dad's classics... sold it to one his friends that I knew would take care of it... I kick myself for letting that go....I kick myself for letting a lot of those classic cars and motorcycles he had go...but my priorities were different then...

Other than the dodge dart ....I regret getting rid of my 2008 Ram 2500...it had like 50K and I had just moved back from AZ to HB and basically bought twice the mortgage when leaving AZ coming back to downtown HB near the beach....so I bought a cheaper truck I could pay cash... Fast forward 10 yrs the mortgage is about the same as the AZ house I left after refi's, no PMI, ect...and have been through 3 trucks since getting rid of that 2500...never should have gotten rid of it. It was pre def, 6.7, no lift or stupid modifications...just a great lariat that loved towing.. so many other buy/sell regrets but those are the two that stand out...

I have one of these too. It was around 1999. I would've been the 2nd employee. Interviewed personally with T. Boone Pickens. Company is publicly traded. Similar to you, I don't regret it too much as I would've missed out on some other wonderful life experiences. But the guy that came after me cashed out big...

Not convincing my mom to keep a boat and then actually doing all of the work to facilitate the sale.

2004 Magic Deck with 350 hours on a 496HO... sold it in February 2016 for $57,500.

Aannnnddd the wife moved law firms that fall and started making almost double 🤦‍♂️

Oh, and I used to regret going to law school. I refinanced $209k in student loans back in December 2019, all from law school. But it's finally starting to pay dividends, seven years after graduation. Or maybe it's the whole "my wife is smarter and makes more money than me" that's paying off 😂

I've made a lot of dumb decisions in my life, and about a dozen I truly regret. I wont get into the deep topics, so I'll keep it simple.

I should have never sold my 1961 Bug or my Camaro SS. 😪

Last trip out I was talking to Matt. He said Joe is the one to buy from. That Guy wouldn't even let his friends on it or his kids eat on it Lol. CLEAN!
