I don't see a problem here. Everyone knows it's easier to drain out oil if, you turn things up-side-down.

It looks like the front end was on skates, and no driveshaft in the chassis. My best guess is they were lifting the body off with something still hooked, or had the body sitting on the rack positioned like it had a drivetrain and it rolled back. It says "paint prep"...needs more than that now;)

It was unbolted. Note there are no front or rear bumpers on the truck.

Then something happened and obviously it slipped and fell off the lift.

Looks like the lift points were on the body instead of the frame, and body mount bushings aren't very strong.

Sorry but the warranty actually expired yesterday. Do you want to put you bank account or credit card on file?

No driveshaft, wiring harness disconnected, no transmission?, no transmission lines pulled out of shape, no coolant on the floor, etc.
There is part of a body mount on the floor, that would not be there had the mounts been bolted up and the body lifted, nor would the body separate from the frame, with just the body lifted with the mounts in place. A big wreck would not cause that. I suspect the body was either going back on or coming off, and something went fubar, nothing new really, just operator error most likely. Someone had a really really bad day.
Now back to my Mark LT with a persistent P0345,P0349 and no cure yet....@#$%^&*()...
