Flying out from Vegas tomorrow morning to go back to Hawaii for a couple of weeks. The first few days we will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary on Maui. I must have done something right because the wife is bringing me along for some fun.

Had dinner at Top Of The World. Our son came to Vegas from Hawaii to surprise the wife. She was so happy even though we had to move away from the window a bit he also commented that he likes my grilled steak better than the restaurant.

We are on the plane to Maui as I type. Congrats for the 20 years. We are heading to Hana and then Lahaina on Wed and Thurs nights before going to Honolulu for a work week. If our paths overlap I’d be happy to buy you and the wife a drink or two.

No we did not see much water at all when in Vegas. Did see a few videos of the day before. Everything was normal….well as normal as Vegas can be. LOL

Alright made it to Maui this AM. Grabbed some lunch and made our way down the road to Hana. There were a few waterfalls. Might have to venture out tomorrow to see them up close.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Made it to Hana. Spent most of the time following two trucks that pushed though the narrows. The wife was questioning my motives. Once we stopped to looks at a waterfall 3/4 of the way there and got back on the road she said that she totally understands the method of my madness. After we spent a few hours in the cottage she commented…..there isn’t any TVs in the room. LOL DUH!!!!!

Played tourist all day today. Drove slow, parked where not supposed to, blocked paths without a care in the world. It was great!!!!

The beach was crazy. There was no sand. It was all rocks the were smooth and round from all the movement of the waves. The noise of the rocks moving was incredible. You can hear it in the video. The second is one of the best water falls. The amount of wind created from the falling water was impressive.

We made the trek across island today and found another place to check out. Might have to reach out to @shintoooo to see what his magic carpet rents out. 2,5 hours to go across the island is rather long. LOL
