Smoked Brussel Sprouts
Fry bacon in skillet remove bacon and add Brussels Sprouts bbq spice seasoning of your choice, one minced onion and a few minced cloves of garlic to Bacon fat and put in Smoker at 225 for 1 hour 20 mins or until they soften up, toss with some bbq sauce and crumbled bacon with 30 mins or so left. Can mix up some bbq aioli with bbq sauce, Mayo and sour cream for dippingTime and temp?

Looks good. I prefer baby backs also. I have some short ribs smoked and now braising.Smoked some spare ribs. Rather do baby backs, but these came out pretty good.
