Heard a lot of good things about them
Probably be my next smoker when the masterbuilt dies
Only thing i don't like about mine is the small chip tray and always having to add more

I can get about 8 hrs 0f smoke with a 12 inch tube. They sell lots of different flavored pellets but they are expensive. I just use the Tragger pellets from home depot.

Treager- the best! I have two, one in Havasu one at home. Get the Weber igrill probes- app on your phone tells you when your food is cooked to perfection!! It really is the best!!

What are you doing with the jalapeño ?

Cutting the loin open and stuffing with jalapeños ? Then wrap in bacon?

We cook a lot of porkloin. I’d like to try a new way
Do a julienne cut. Thin sliced length ways
Start wrapping the loin with bacon and insert the jalapeno under the bacon and around the loin and just keep going down the length of the loin
Easier if you have 3 hands lol
Nice thing is when you cut the loin you get smaller pieces of jalapeno instead of one long piece

Yes I did the burn off and season yesterday this is the first cook so won’t take long to build up its character.
