Throttle cable length

anyone know how long a throttle cable in an rt with an hp 500 ?

It is embossed on the cable near one of the ends

You will find a bunch of white numbers embossed on the sheath. The number for length will be a three digit number that is the length in inches. (i.e. 228 equals 19')

Looks like your housing/hold-down fell apart. The cable should never be able to separate like that. Check the set-screw on the hold-down
