On my list, new gauges and a ProCharger, see how poor i am once those are done. And of course the regularly scheduled maintenance.

Nice list of upgrades @Singleton Always nice to get it dialed before the next season.
We had Sean do the bunks a couple weeks ago. Replacing a few LED’s on the trailer tomorrow. I need to do the sponsons for sure later at some point. My wish list is to re-gel all white but keep the black up top Reality is a rebuild of the 525’s is around the corner..
PS I look at Ultra’s yard most every time we pass it They have quite a few boats in the yard It’s not the same bunch there They seem to be finishing a lot of jobs..
Phase 1 started!!! Motors pulled and getting the top end refresh! Appointment at Saleen the Monday after Easter to fix years of beaching and ditch the tribals.
Gotta jump in this weekend to clean up stuff I couldn’t get to.

How is your interior coming?

Interior came out great now just getting the gator step on the back and ceramic coating from detail specialties

Couple of questions?
1. How many hours are on your 525’s?
2. What is Saleen charging for beach rash these days?
3. When will you be back on the water?

Make sure those bilge pumps are good! mine is bad, I may need to hire a contortionist to change it out.

Had right about 300 hours. Compression was fairly consistent but a bit low.
Will let you know when i get the final bill
Hoping late April.

Steady progress..
- Winston detailing did a great job on cleaning up the bilge/engine compartment/drive guard area. Great service. I’ll definitely use them again.
- Saleen’s team has been outstanding. The sponsons and the tunnel are cleaned up and looking brand new. The beach rash was borderline abuse and the tunnel was jacked up from a mixture of carpet, wood, duct tape.
- Pedro worked up a couple options for the tribal delete. Couldn’t be more excited to see it done.
- Motors should be finished up soon. Parts have been a SOB.
- Wife said we should we redo the Bimini while we’re at it.. appt made the same day.
Really looking forward to getting back out on the water.

If someone told me my toon wouldn’t get an interior, stereo, detail and service done by late April 21’ after scheduling it all last October, I would’ve laughed in disbelief.

It will be done next week.
Crazy year for the shops, glad they are busy but wow , no way I imagined this busy.

Turned Alexi loose on my play toy this winter.

New Motor
New Gauges
New Transom Assembly
New fully hydraulic steering
Added a battery
Added a kill switch
Drive upgrades
I'm sure there is some other stuff too

If my wife stuck to budgets as well as I did on this deal we would be a broke family.

Finished up the gel repair and mods! Off to get the motors dropped back in soon.
Pedro and his team are incredible. They didn’t skip a beat. Gave me a start date and stuck to it. Finished a little ahead of time even with my curveballs. I haven’t seen the final/final product but what i looked at last week was incredible

Thanks. Saleen’s team is outstanding. The sponsons and the tunnel were embarrassing. They knocked it out in no time flat. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Sorry, but I don't know the history of your boat. Was it just from beaching it, or did you buy it used with some issues? Love the Etickets! I'm still trying to buy the flatdeck with inboards!!!

Pedro came recommended to me by a friend after an impact at the ramp (not my fault) during desert storm. We aren't even to a repair point yet...but damn does he make a good impression and is more than willing to work with clients. Being over a thousand miles away and trying to make shit happen isn't easy... Guy has my respect and recommendation just for the fact that he is willing to go after business, and work with clients that aren't "easy."

Getting damn close to being back on the water! Motors back in and strainers added. Pretty pumped up about this coming season. Barring and fuel shortages of course.

You won’t be disappointed. He and the team are outstanding. They’ve been sprinting for a couple years now and the level of passion and excitement is still off the hook. A pleasure to do business with them.

How much do you guys usually pay for service?
How much for people who doit?
Thos who pay to doit?

My engine builder does my service.
He did
Impeller
Drive oil
Engine oil/ filter
Fuel filter
Spark plugs
A belt
Check a couple things I asked him to check.

It was more this time then last time but he picks up the phone anytime I call and gets my boat done in 1 day or makes room for it in 2-3 days.

I just picked up my boat from Barrett this week:

New trim tab rams and indicator cables
Rebuild all 5 trim pumps
Replace all steering bushings
Replace recirc pump on one engine
Install drive showers
Full service on both engines and drives
Probably something else that I'm forgetting right now.

Next up is work on the trailer:
New wiring and LED lights
2 new fenders
Potentially new tires
