I love the virtually stock RZR thrown into the mix of all the craziness. I wonder if the V24 semi is actually functional

word was Thor was sold in Saudi to some chinese dude for 12 million. It was one of the few things that sold over there.. I guess that was bullshit if he still has it. Nice hangar though.

It’s still here. Maybe they haven’t transported it yet?

That hanger is owned by Mike Harrah as in Harrah Casino Family. He is a big time commercial developer in Orange County and has more toys than Santa Clause on Christmas Eve. He usually flies in his Chinook Heli most weekends and has a pad at Kings Condo's. Looks like a larger version of Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top. Cool guy.

The small block bar stool thing looks lethal after a few cocktails

Here's a 606cid 600+hp barstool. Why? Because. That's why.

Yes on a developer. He built the London Bridge Resort in the 80’s The company I work for installed the fire sprinklers. He has had a tall high rise in the works in Santa Ana for years. Getting closer to finally getting built. I don’t think he is part of the Harrah Casino Family though.

Forget where or when I heard it ( maybe from an old guy that used to work for him) but he was not interested in the family business and went his own way but I never checked it out so I could be wrong. Either way, cool, successful guy with some of the coolest toys I have ever seen.

"Some real estate developers like to avoid calling attention to themselves. Mike Harrah isn’t one of them.

He stands 6 foot 6, weighs about 275 pounds and sports a signature ZZ Top beard.

He’s flown his own Cobra attack helicopter in stunts for Hollywood movies."

The '49 Buick is a bad ass window to the car clubs of the fifties.

I can picture the car sitting at a drive in on Van Nuys, with a couple of tough guys leaning on the front fender of the car, their long black hair slicked back, and a pack of Pall Malls rolled up in the sleeves of their T shirts.

The big sedans built between 1949 and 1952 make incredibly cool lowriders. Check out this 1949 Buick Super Sedanette. Its styling is similar to the '48-'50 Cadillac Series 62 Club Coupe, the car made famous as ZZ Top's CadZZilla.

It would be amazing to walk through and spend some time looking at all the treasures.
I believe there is a video of him starting the V24 diesel somewhere. Unique individual to say it mildly.

Awesome, many years ago probably 70s he built some apartments down the street from the lumber yard I worked at. Cost to build 300k. sold 400k. I asked him “what’s next” his reply “I am going to Tahiti” work some , play some , back to work rinse and repeat It worked out well for him 👍

Some serious toys. I can't imagine the polishing or chrome bill on just one of the tractors. At least this is a person that is actually enjoying having some money. He isn't the type that is just worried about making a buck...he likes to spend some too.

...and my God, he has his own Apache! Whole different level of cool!
