Fenders and More (Wolfe Industries). Talk to Reuben Cardona. 562-926-2297. He just sold me a set of triple axle polished SS fenders for $355 ea plus tax. Less than $800 with tax. Very easy deal and he is a great guy. Said there was about a two week lead time. Had them ready to ship in a week.

eventually chrome will chip, peel or wear thru. But if taken care of they can last a long time. I have chrome fenders on my flat because it came with them and at 25 years old I wasn't spending any more money cuz that all I had. I had them re-chromed a few years ago and they look very nice. Stainless is stainless, no plating just polished metal, if you ding them you can body work them and polish them up again, cant do that with chrome.

The rolled edges will still need to be polished.

Really? Did not know that. Thanks for the info. I will see tomorrow if they show up. Any suggestions on polishing?

Maybe I’m just weird about it, but I feel the rolled edge is alot more dull compared to the rest of the fender. I ended up just having my detailer buff the edge back out.

Chrome is a coating and stainless is the same all the way through?

Honestly just a guess I’d like to know the answer too.

Ahhh. Ok. I will be the same way. Thanks. I will check it. That is an interesting point. You would think that it would be polished off before shipment. Shouldn't be a big deal to shine it up if necessary.

There is a really good polishing shop in the Heights.
