The trim gauge for my outdrive, when the drive is all the way down does not read that it is all the way in the down position. The gauge read about the 1/8th mark. It use to read correctly but this last weekend it stopped reading correctly. Does anyone know what would cause this????
Thanks.

I know what caused it, those senders and gauges are pieces of shit :skull hahahaha

In all seriousness though, I think i've posted this before, those integrated trim senders that are mounted to the trim pins on the gimbal of a bravo are basically a joke, they are erratic and unreliable, you can fuck with those things for days trying to adjust them, and they will never repeat, and if you happen to get lucky and get them working they won't stay that way for long. That's why most big boats with bravos still run mechanical trim gauges (Morse Cables attached to the drive and a slide gauge at the dash)
