Jeezo . . . seems all the snowbirds have clogged every popular state park and or campground.
Buckskin/ Havasu Landing/ Black Meadow Landing/ River Island etc. . . . all booked through 2022.
I'm lookin to do a solo 4-5 day mid-week getaway mid january somewhere w/ my truck/ boat . . . not picky, just me.
I'm fairly self contained, little honda generator, sleep in my shell, mini camp stove etc.
Anyone have suggestions ? . . . I don't mind driving 10-15 minutes to get to a launch ramp.
I usually go to places like Walters Camp, McIntyre, or crash in the Fishers Landing parking lot . . . just looking to mix it up.
Not really into parking in a Walmart parking lot etc. the idea is to shake off some OC yuck.
Anywhere from lower parker strip up to topock is where I'd like be.
Any help or tips appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT - Just realized I posted this in the P & G forum . . . was gonna delete it . . . then realized it 'sort of' fits ! LOL
