I forget how much lift is possible on them, but it is a lot.

Haha I haven’t seen your build thread but looks about even with the bottom? Maybe 1” above..?

Yeah I know the camera angle can play tricks, but regardless those motors on the 28 are mounted HIGH
Than you better go do some reading! Lolol

Outboard church.... 23 kryptonite.

;):cool::D:D:D

EDIT..

In the pic I posted, the center of the gearcase is 2" BELOW the bottom of the boat...

Again, Perspective.....

Tomorrow44, if you looked at the stern carefully, you'd see the Tuff 28 has a notched transom and adding extensions that allows the drives/OB run higher propshaft centers and still having clean water to the props. Same concept that Reggie Fountain added to his boats when he redesigned an old proven hull. Reggie and TUFF guy both know a few things about set ups.;):)

I absolutely love the baby blue 28 with twins that is for sale. I would do a bench seat in the back maybe, or at least three bucket type seats, but damn, it is beautiful.

This one is really neat too. You can tell it's Randy's, lol
