Throwing some spare ribs on the traeger tomorrow and was thinking about a turkey breast also. Any tips on cooking 2 different types of meat? Temps time etc.

You want to smoke poultry at a higher temp then other proteins.

Are you doing the 1-2-3 method for the ribs?

Whatever you do, brine the turkey...

Turn the smoker up to 250* that is a good temp for the turkey and ribs. 3-1-1 for the ribs brine the turkey in gator-aid and seasonings for a few hours and you will be good to go. :thumbsup
