Looking at buying a storage condo and would need it to hold a 102” wide coach and a 102” wide boat side by side. What do you think the minimum width should be to avoid hitting things and be able to move around? 24ft? 25? More?

An extra inch should do it.

Only you can say what is big enough. The bigger the better.

24-25 minimum, bigger would be better easier.

I have a 55x25 double bay RV garage at my home in Cave Creek and it was a surprisingly snug with my 43’ 5th wheel and pontoon both 102” wide.

And if you want to have the pop-outs out or put down the new style stairs you will 25+.

We have a 26 by 50 condo and it works fine for two boats, plenty of room

Also pay attention to the garage door width and placement, this could make all the differance in putting things side by side.
