For some reason I can't post pictures in a PM, so I am linking them here.
As I was saying in the PM, you might have damaged the PCM Power Relay, or if it's still shorted somewhere further up, holding down that 12V wire and preventing it from staying running.
Follow the "C" arrow and you can see what I am looking at, the power wire from the relay energizes all sorts of sensors etc after it comes out of the relay and heads down to the 02 sensors.
At the very top of the diagram is the fuses ( 22, 9, 16 the squiggly lines) feeding the block to the relays. Check those as well.
