Using to get leverage and get their own network. Both schools are unable to have specific networks (like Texas has) due to the PAC-12 network agreement. They are not moving, but want to get the $$ from their own network, so using this to get the PAC-12 to redo the contract

I think its a leverage play also. It's about $$$ and let's be honest, the Big10 is a lateral move at best.

They might want to be careful.
The Texas network collapsed.

Hahaha. Oklahoma and Texas ruined it for them moving to the SEC. No matter how hard they try they still can be the SEC

Just as Texas will be the whipping boys in the SEC, so shall UCLA in the Big 10. I'm not a huge fan of Lincoln Riley, but he will build a good program for USC.

Driving home from work listening to sports radio in Phoenix.

Local radio talking ASU to Big 12 is in talks.

They already play in Colorado, Utah, Washington, Oregon and at Notre Dame every other year. 🤷‍♂️

I am talking about Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.

UCLA and USC leave, the PAC-12 will end up becoming the 6-Pac and will be shit.

Zero chance. If they can't whoop anyone in the big 12 there is zero shot of that happening in the SEC. They are praying they don't get into the SEC West.

Depends on what time of the season they play those teams. What about SC / fucla traveling to the mid west on back to back games. Do they stay or fly home. Are the fans going to travel that far away. Pac 12 teams are only a few hours away. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Craig, I was thinking the same thing, but after reading it again, I think he means Texas will be getting whipped. Oklahoma won’t do much better against SEC defenses….USC & UCLA should stay put.

Are they pissed about the move or the fact they are now the Pac 10 again? ;)

By next week, it will be the 6-PAC, if it still remains a conference.
George Kliavkoff should be terminated Before Friday.

In thinking about this more, the Big10 could pull 6 of the best programs out of the Pac12 and make a Big10 West conference. Play some limited inter conference games…but what the hell happens to the Rose Bowl?

Big10 West vs Big10East.
Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Utah, UCLA, USC, ASU, UofAZ, Cal, TBD in the Big10 west by July 10th
Stanford goes independent like ND.

I don’t think anyone wants ASU…at least UofA has a basketball program. Cal…eh.

Should be interesting to see how this plays out.

My Hawkeyes will beat the piss outta your soft ass teams. Which is completely backward. Looking forward to this if it’s true. Maybe I’ll be able to see my hawks play in az or ca.

I want to see USC in the Big House, in the snow, in November.

Go Blue.
