vaulted or 10' high flat ceilings with 8' doors??

Vaulted is more desirable!

but flat W/ 8 D is nice!

can you vault the great room ( living kitchen dining) and flat the bedrooms, makes the space seem more grand for just a little extra $$$

Buyers! When you are building specs.

Plans are in the works for the next spec builds. Issue is the height limit. Last ones we did 9' ceilings in main area.

seems the trend now is 10' flat ceilings with 8' exterior doors at least, im not a fan of 8' interior doors though... seems to make the door look to skinny...
