well kinda. We don’t like to be associated with “behind the Walmart” lol. We’re right behind the Camping World. It’s on the edge of town on the way to Boulder City. The area has always been great for us. 20 minutes from driveway to launch ramp, and a quick jump on the highway to go to the river.
the house was supposed to be listed at $330k at the time we left in Dec, but the market dipped a bit since then unfortunately, and we have to go by the comps in the area a bit.

Haha I knew the Walmart part wouldnt sit well. But it’s the last big store going down lake mead to the marina haha sorry
