New app in W10 called VidGiffy. I've been a fan of animated GIF's since the 'net first started.
Always had color banding / artifact issues with my old software ... freeware of course.

This new app is crazy easy and fast ... let's see how it does ... files can get quite large and affect playback until downloaded ... the one below is 12mb.

Yea, it only imports vids ... but you could create a video slideshow of pix, then convert.
