Some Presidents start wars to distract from their other problems; Trump abruptly and disastrously ends them perhaps for the same reason. NOBODY thinks this is a good idea except the dictator of Turkey.

Trump ran on a platform of bringing our troops home.

He greets every returning dead American service person at Andrews and their grieving family too.

Walk into a small market where you can smell the sides of beef being broken down in their meat section. Add the smell of Hoppes9 and a doctors office aroma and that’s what you get a whiff of standing next to a military coffin with “head” stenciled on one end.

How about if that were your son or daughter or as a child’s it was your mom or dad.

Liberals gladly throw more American blood and gold at this never ending conflict solely to play politics to stay in office and line their pockets.

Enough of this.

  • QUOTE: WASHINGTON - WH
    “THANKS
to the strong leadership of President Donald Trump and the strong relationship between President Erdogan and Turkey and the United States of America—that today the United States and Turkey have agreed to a cease fire in Syria.”
President Trump’s priorities are clear: American soldiers can no longer be sacrificed in endless wars across the Middle East. That’s one of the most important promises he made to the American people as a candidate, and he will always honor it.”

”Turkey has agreed to a ceasefire in northern Syria to let Kurdish-led forces withdraw.
The deal came after US Vice-President ”Mike Pence and Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met for talks in Ankara.”

“All fighting will be paused for five days, and the US will help facilitate the withdrawal of Kurdish-led troops from whatTurkey terms a "safe zone" on the border,

How many were we losing in Syria? They were there in the same capacity as in South Korea, a clear “do not cross this line or you will be at war with America”. The Kurds were the ones who defeated ISIS at a loss of thousands. I suspect Romney is right. Endogan had so little respect for fickle Trump that he called and said “We’re coming across the border, best get out the way.” And rather than stand up to a teapot strongman, Trump tripped over his own feet trying to scramble out of the way. One of the most pathetic displays of a pathetic presidency. But don’t ask me , his own General Mattis is speaking up.

Mad Dog is in the business of killing and Trump shut down his business. We’ve had enough killing.

Americans strongly didn’t want to be there in the first place. Remember the outcry or are you a shopping cart liberal?

O bummer sent us in anyway though the Russians were whacking Isis because they have more to lose if this spills into their neck of the woods.
One American life is one too many genius.
Bring them all home.

It seems that your understanding of exactly what has gone on in Syria as far as Isis is wildly unfocused.

If Trump doubled the troop count in Syria the Liberal outcry would be the same and any person of reasonable thoughts could clearly see that coming.
What does that tell you?

It’s reported the Syrian Kurds wouldn’t negotiate a peace as long as the US was backing them up. No compromise at all.

Mad Dog wanted to keep backing them up and it would escalate.
Just what we need, more of this shit.
Our presence would further exasperate a hell that is finally winding down.
