We are headed out this weekend. Do they offer a launch service? We do not want to have to use the motorhomes.
Anyone know of someone?
Anyone know of someone?
Probably referring to the stateline launch ramp. It's not far at all. The wahweep ramp is only open for non motorized watercraft at the moment.I heard all the Lake Powell Challenge boats will be using Wahweap this weekend? I didn't know it was closed
Actually looks closer to our campground.Probably referring to the stateline launch ramp. It's not far at all. The wahweep ramp is only open for non motorized watercraft at the moment.
Yes it's extremely close to the campground. The parking lot for the original stateline ramp is right across the street... I now understand why you don't want to us the motor home.Actually looks closer to our campground.
Now it all makes sense...I'm here now waiting for the wind to die down before heading up lake.
You can call around and ask but the launch ramp at stateline is probably 8 lanes wide. So it's big enough for your rv if you can snag a couple cheap two way radios it may help for backing.
Also the stateline ramp is extremely flat so your motorhome will be fine getting up. Best of luck to ya!!
I launched with my 30' Class C a few years ago and it was fine. I read that wahweap is open and Stateline opened a few weeks ago.We are headed out this weekend. Do they offer a launch service? We do not want to have to use the motorhomes.

I think Antelope will be high and dry. Also, I believe the valet uses your vehicle to launch and retrieve but I could be wrong there. If that is the case it doesn't solve the Moho issue AND it would take more than it's worth to tow the boat to Antelope vs. launching behind Moho.
What dates will you be launching? I go up on Wednesday and come home Monday so I'll be there all weekend. If it's not terribly inconvenient I'd launch you. And yes, I take Gatorade or Diet Coke for payment.
I hope not that much but that's what i would have been expecting, I would not be surprised for that to be on point for Antelope. I did however talk to someone at valet services last week and I asked how much higher will we need water to come up to launch the skis at Antelope, he might have been guessing 5 feet. We will be visiting in a few weeks. I can't help but think as soon as we leave, the water will already be dropping as it did last year for us.The only ramp open on the south end is state-line auxiliary ramp . The lake needs to come up another 10 to 15 feet for antelope valet to be usable.
So damn krazy! I think we were less than that last July, then the blue mesa water came to the rescue. Arggggggggg!I used the valet in late September, the water level was at around 3545 and they were operating day to day.
We arrive Sunday. I think someone that is coming with our group has a truck. We will see. Where are you staying?
A guy can't even leave town!! Haha don't worry losing me is like gaining a whole crew! Now it all makes sense...
Huge outage around your place this morning! Apparently power was down through most of Chino, Paulden and parts of Prescott.
I'll Be pulling out Sunday. 623-776-5164 text me if you need help. Im guessing 11-12 I'll be pulling out. If you're in need lemme know. Or call doesn't matterWe arrive Sunday. I think someone that is coming with our group has a truck. We will see. Where are you staying?
15 FWYJust a heads up @Swain I don't know you're route but highway 89 outside of Flagstaff was closed because of the fire so you may need to plan a route through the grand canyon or from Winslow and go north.
Looks like the water is coming back towards Lone Rock in that pic.Water was up
