Looking for a used or reasonably priced (cheap) stern drive jack.

Like to service stuff on my own but not wanting to pull stern drive leg off and on myself without some mechanical assistance. Those that I have seen pick up the drive under the cavitation plate and use either a mechanical or hydraulic lift to move the drive up and down, caster wheels to allow movement in and out.

Trans jack would probably work with some ears welded on the base

Check out Stumpys Fab Works. bought one last year, right at $ 300.00 shipped. Works great, wish I purchased one years ago.

I had one of these. Made by Kerr Marine Tools. But honestly an engine hoist with a S hook proved to be much easier especially doing it myself.
