how do you guys set them? What temp do you shoot for at idle? ive got regular exhaust manifolds not misters

I shoot for about 150 at idle but really keep track of mid range during long runs.
It bounces all over the place. It should not go above 180 at any point imo.

130 to 140 at cruise.
It's a single pass system.
Temp in, + 50° is plenty.
Water pressure should be 15 lbs. or so.
Anything above 160 cooks all the hard water contamination to your water passages.
