Is it just me or has anyone else noticed people of all ages wearing their pajamas to the stores as of recent? I’ve seen them in grocery stores, Target, Costco, Starbucks…I sort of find it tacky. I will say it’s usually people of the millennial age but I see grown men wearing them also.

I remember in the early 70's not wanting to wear brand new Blue jeans and asked my Mom to first wash them a bunch and sew on a patch.

My Dad rolled with it but said, I don't understand wanting to look poor.

Yeah what sucks is when you go to Walmart and they don’t have what you need you have to go home take a shower and put on some real clothes and then go to target

Hilarious

Remember when people used to dress up to fly on an airplane? Now everyone is in pajamas. It’s trashy and low class. People should take some pride in the way they present themselves.

Last time i got on a plane leaving St.louis to head to Florida I was looking around and noticed some fat girl in pajama pants sitting in the middle of the floor eating burger king as her 3 kids ran around everyone and played tag....

See it often. Don’t understand it. If I go to Walmart (I try not to) it’s usually after work while still wearing scrubs, otherwise I feel over dressed🤣

I don't care if it's midnight and i'm running to the store to get cold medicine in an emergency and nobody except the checkout person is gonna see me, I'm putting real clothes on....

Just laziness.

I was the same way.
My father on the other hand told me when they got new Levis they wouldn't wash them and could almost get them to stand up in the corner on their own. Said they wanted to keep them new looking and not worn/faded.

I agree. Laziness.

I won’t wear PJ’s in public. Hell don’t like wearing sweats either. I wear pants.

I just got done with a medical issue and I couldn’t wear pants only sweats. Pants hurt

If I went somewhere I either put on some pants or I didn’t go.

I did not go into the office for 20 days and when I did I put on pants, then left and went home after a few minutes. I would rather not show my face there than show up in no pants.

Sweats and PJs are comfy but come on

Dental lab and they dont make you change before you leave? Ohh wait, your in admin. Got it! My wife was a dental assistant for years, and when I found out some offices are not required to change out of their scrubs before they leave the office, then you see people in the store wearing scrubs🤮 🙉🙊🙈

I see it all the time. I'm embarrassed just wearing them outside to take out the trash.

I won't leave the house in pajamas, no sense of pride. My buddy in Texas sends me pictures of framers and masons on the job sites wearing pajama bottoms. I would throw them off the site.
Them are the last boys I’d guess wore pajamas to work.

So is walking around in your front yard in your underwear considered low class? Asking for a friend😊

No, not at all! Hell I've gone out to get shit out of the car with nothing but my flip flops on, more than once.. but in fairness, my closest neighbor is about a half mile away

I have two thoughts on it. While part of me is judgmental of the laziness of those folks wearing them, the libertarian in me asks what does it matter to me? At least they are clothed. Who am I to judge what clothes people decide to wear out? Usually, the judgmental side wins. LOL.

For me, it's shorts for nine months, sweats for the other three. Sometimes I go out in the morning to get the newspaper in my boxers.

Hahaha... I buy my jeans pretty straight forward one color no frills. Happened to wear an older pair to work the other day and one of the guys in the office starts popping off about the designer jeans I was wearing because the blue on the front of the legs was much lighter in color than the rest. I just laughed and told him built not bought. He still didn't understand which says a bit about his experience with real work.
